I'll go into the rest of the details later, when my head isn't spinning quite so much. But for now, I'll leave you with a picture of my favorite part of my classroom - the library. I could just snuggle up here all day. Too bad these five year olds don't let me do that.

Big Change of Plans
Um, okay. Change of plans. I am now officially a kindergarten teacher! It's been super super crazy because school had already been going on for 2 weeks when they hired me. I interviewed at 9 on this past Friday morning, was offered the job at 11:45, and basically started working right away. I moved into a completely empty classroom and had to have it ready for a Meet the Teacher night on Tuesday. Can you say... insane??

Yay! Congrats! I was a kindergarten teacher before staying home with my babies. It's the most rewarding job in the world...and also the most draining. Ha! Feel free to ask me anything if you need answers, help, etc. Of course, I've been out of it for about 5 years now so I'm a little rusty. :)
So excited for you, Erin!
Sounds like an awesome job for you, best of luck and have fun with those 5 year long!!!
Congratulations!
Proud of you!!! You make me happy!
Congratulations! I kind of thought it'd go like that for you when I first saw your cute desk from a week or so ago.
Erin, I haven't been to your blog for too long and look at you- a job!! I'm sure you're doing a fantastic job- hope you're having a blast and know that the first year is always the hardest. :) I hope you give a few highlights over your Christmas break!! :)
Oh my! Seems like just yesterday you were a Freshman at MSU. And now you're a REAL teacher? Wow!! Congrats, Erin. What a lucky group of kids you have. Enjoy your first year of teaching.
Much love,
~Cheryl
